Australia/ New Zealand: Sipping will be calculated at check-out. Free for orders over 100 dollars for standard sipping.
Rest of the world: At this stage all international orders must be placed Via Email Enquire. And sipping cost must be evaluated individually, depending on location and weight of items. Please note additional taxes may apply in your country for international orders.
Returns Policy
At VON MALLONN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please note the following:

Shipping Costs: The shipping cost for returning goods must be paid by the purchaser.

Store Credit & Exchanges: Returned items are eligible for store credit or can be exchanged for another item, if available.

Condition of Returns: Returns are only possible if the goods are in their original state, unworn, and undamaged. Customized orders are not eligible for return.

Product Measurements: All measurements are provided in the product description, please refer to those before making a purchase. If you are unsure about the measurements or the fit for you as an individual, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Time-frame for Returns: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
